V3.47Clearer event notifications

  • Notifications: an all-day event (like a birthday) coming up tomorrow now says "Tomorrow" instead of "Starting at 00:00", and an event just past midnight says "Tomorrow at 12:30 AM". Event times in notifications use the 12-hour clock.
  • Calendar: on a phone the Month / Week / Day / List / Hybrid buttons shrink to an icon each (calendar, week, day, list, list-and-grid) so the top bar fits.
  • Calendar: the "make default" star is now a "Pin Week layout" button (with the layout's name) at the bottom of the Calendars sidebar, and the sync status word is now a small dot: green when synced, pulsing red while syncing, red if it could not sync.
  • Tasks: a task now shows a green "time spent" badge (hourglass) from its timer sessions, and a parent task adds up its subtasks' time. Tap the badge to open the time sheet: add minutes you forgot to time, or take minutes off (or remove it all) when a timer was left running or a task was finished without stopping it. The sheet is small: pick + or −, tap a quick amount (5, 15, 30, 60 min) or type your own (like 25 or 1h 30), and apply. On −, the quick amounts only go up to what is recorded, and Reset takes it all back to 0. Badges update right away, with no page reload, and while a timer runs the task's badge (and its parents') counts up every minute. The sheet opens as a small popup in the middle of the screen.
  • Tasks: a parent task's duration is now the sum of its open subtasks' durations, and each of those is the sum of its own subtasks, all the way down (time spent already worked this way). A task with no subtask durations under it still shows its own.
  • Tasks: in the task create window, Duration now uses the clock icon and Time of day uses a sun-and-cloud icon.
calendar

V3.46Hybrid calendar, side-by-side events and duplicate games

  • Tasks: tap the points on a task while it is counting down to done and the countdown stops. Type a different number and press Set, or press Suggest to have Alisa value the task again, and the countdown carries on by itself. Carry on (or Esc, or a tap elsewhere) picks it up where it stopped.
  • Tasks: when you group tasks under a new parent, the check and the x now sit on the right of the name box instead of the left.
  • Calendar: when two teams you imported play each other, the game was on the calendar twice. The away team's copy now goes to the trash and the home team's stays. It happens on its own after an import, and the removed ones can be restored from the trash.
  • Calendar: yearly birthdays in a subscribed calendar no longer run into the next day (they were ending an hour past midnight), on the grid, in Hybrid and on the event card.
  • Lists: in the multi-date picker, tap a date again to add it another time (two shows in one night), and hold it for 3 seconds to clear it, with the same red fill as habits. Tapping a date on a card does the same.
  • Lists: the hold-to-clear fill is now grey and grows from the centre. New Multi button on an item's dates: type one date per line (date / time / location) and add them all at once. Adding several items now reads title / description / url.
  • Lists: the Add Item box is tidier. Description, Dates and URL are round icon chips, like the task create box, that open each field and stay lit when they hold something, even closed (they also work when adding several items, where they apply to every line). The dates box takes typed dates in any order ("8pm / Nov 14 / Hamilton") with a calendar icon for picking, and Alisa reads dates typed in words ("every Friday in December at 8"), using what she knows about you: your tasks, events and what you have told her to remember. The top left of the box has an Alisa switch (turns her date reading on or off) with the list switcher just beside it. The Dates chip is a ticket icon. The add-several and dates boxes start small and grow as you type. Typing "Title / description / url" in the title box fills those in as you type, and typing two spaces writes " / " for you.
  • Home: one-day all-day events (like birthdays from a subscribed calendar) show on their own day only, not the day after too.
  • Calendar week and day: events that start together (like three games at 10pm) become one card with a row for each, every name in full with its own coloured edge, and tapping a row opens that event. Events that only partly overlap are stacked, each a little to the right of the one under it, with a title another event would cover moved down below it. Hybrid's day schedule does the same.
  • Calendar: event names are in their calendar's colour on the month grid, the Hybrid views and the List, which now shows events as the same coloured rows as Hybrid's list.
  • Today: the game pick no longer lists the same game twice, and it now counts a team you follow (one that has a calendar of its own) in the choice. A game between two teams you follow is favoured.
  • Calendar, Day and Week: events that overlap in time now sit side by side in their own columns instead of on top of each other.
  • Calendar has a Hybrid layout: today's calendar events at the top, as a list or as a day schedule (you pick; it remembers), with the next two weeks below in the month format. Today's square in that grid is just the date, large and centred in the blue circle, since its events are already above. The star beside the layout switch (gold when set) makes the layout you are looking at the one the calendar opens in; hover it for its name.

V3.45Win chances, skipped habits, Features, sign-up and A.L.I.S.A

  • Today, Games on at once: each game now shows both teams' chance to win, in percent, taken from the betting market, instead of the point line. Hockey and baseball only get one when the market gives a clear price.
  • Today: a habit you held on Habits to say you did not do it counts as skipped for the day. It leaves the "left today" list and the count, no streak is flagged at risk over it, and the assistant and daily brief know not to suggest it. It shows in a small "Skipping today" line.
  • Settings has a new Features tab. Choose Simple (Tasks, Lists, Habits and Calendar) or Full (everything), then switch single things on or off: each page, points, and the AI that fills in a new task. Anything switched off leaves the tab bar and Home and its page sends you back to Settings; your data stays.
  • Sign-up: there is now a Sign up page from the login screen. New accounts choose Simple or Full while signing up and can change it any time in Settings → Features.
  • Settings has an Admin tab, shown only on the owner's account: accounts, new and active this week, Simple or Full, and what people switch off. It is read-only.
  • Daily: the first time you save today's conditions you go back to Home, where the Conditions circle fills in like Journal and Selfie do.
  • What Alisa writes or picks now has a thin rainbow edge: Right now, What should I work on?, the game pick and the journal summaries.
  • The Assistant is now A.L.I.S.A (ALISA on the tab bar): the tab, the page title and the address (alisa.php; the old assistant link still works). On a new task the suggestions are now Alisa's, in the tooltips and in Settings → Features.
  • New task: a time in the title is no longer read as the task's own when the title is about changing something else or making something for later. "Change calendar event to evening", "move habit to tonight" and "create todo list for tomorrow morning" do not set a time or day on the task itself.
  • Extension (2.10.5): a popup stays up when you open another Day73 page or switch to another tab. It waits for you in its own tab, and its 15 seconds only run while you are looking at it.
  • Calendar: the ... menu on a hidden calendar is no longer see-through (the button stays dim like its row until the menu opens). Importing a calendar lets you pick its colour and group.
todayhabitssettingscalendardailytasks

V3.44Lists multi-select, snoozing notifications, and a simpler Points tile

  • Lists: the add and edit window has a list button in its top left. Pick a different list to put a new item in it, or to move the item you are editing there (its sub-items go with it).
  • Lists: choose Select from an item's … menu, tap the items you want, and a bar appears with Check off, Change list, Archive, Delete and Highlight. Change list moves the selected items (and their sub-items) to another list in one go. Check off, Archive and Delete run the same 3-second countdown as on a single item (tap an item to cancel it).
  • Snooze: notifications have a small clock. One click brings it back in 15 minutes; hover it for 5 min, 30 min, 1 hour, 3 hours or tomorrow at 9 AM (on a phone, press and hold). It is on the popup over your page, in the extension's list and in the bell on Home, and the snoozed notification comes back with the same title and the same link. The popup now slides in and out slowly and softly, and shrinks smoothly when you snooze. The popup also shows over full-screen video now; if the video takes the whole screen on its own (a bare video or an embedded player), you get the system notification instead. The extension is now version 2.10.4.
  • Today: the Points tile just says ahead of, on, or behind pace and the number you usually have by now, for example "ahead of pace · 300". The week total is gone.
  • Today: the sports pick only looks at today's games, not tomorrow's.
  • Lists: the add window has a button next to the title (the same one as in new tasks) that turns it into a box with one item per line. Shift+Enter in the title does the same. Press Tab to indent a line by 2 spaces under the one above it, so it becomes a sub-item.
  • Lists, multi-select: Swap order reverses the items you picked among the places they hold, first for last. It only works on items on the same level: parents with parents, or sub-items of the same parent with each other. The Recent view now follows the list's own order (new items still go on top), so the swap shows; it switches to Recent so you can see the result.
  • Tasks and Lists, multi-select: hold Shift and click a card to select every card between it and the last one you clicked.
  • Daily: a full journal can have a title. It shows above the entry, and the weekly and monthly summaries see it too, for context.
listsnotificationspointstodayjournal

V3.43Search that forgives, and tidier tasks

  • Search understands what you meant. If nothing matches exactly, search (the Search page and the bottom-left search on every page) tries again allowing typos ("apointment"), other endings, filler words ("remind me to buy some milk") and close synonyms ("doctor" finds a dentist appointment, "money" finds bills). With an AI connected, a general question like "things that cost money" works too. Exact matches still come first. Results found this way get a rainbow outline (hover to see why, e.g. "doctor" ≈ "dentist"), on the Search page and on every page's own search.
  • Today and the assistant now show durations as hours and minutes ("2h 21m") instead of a long minute count.
  • The assistant opens with your recent conversation already in place, instead of the welcome screen showing first and the chat popping in after.
  • Tasks, multi-select: Change date now uses the same date picker as the new-task window. Grouping tasks under a new parent lets you set its date, today by default.
  • Old pages are gone: notifications, search results, the calendar day view and Home's add button now open the Tasks page instead of the separate Work and Personal pages, which only remain behind Home's task lists. A few stray files were removed from the site.
searchtasksassistant

V3.42Your day ends when you say, and more multi-select

  • The "Day Ends At" setting (Settings, default 3 AM) now works everywhere. Until that hour it is still the day before: points, tasks done, habits, Daily check-ins, Home, Today, due-today notifications and the assistant ("tomorrow", "what's due today") all follow it instead of switching at midnight.
  • Today: the Points tile now compares you with what you usually have by this time of day (on that day of the week), and says ahead of, on, or behind pace, instead of measuring a half-finished day against a whole one. Habits log the time they were ticked from now on (older ones are placed by the habit's usual time of day).
  • Tasks, multi-select: Duplicate and Copy to paste (the same text a card's own button copies, subtasks included) now sit right on the bar, plus Change date when every selected task is a parent task. The star is outlined unless the selected tasks are themselves highlighted (a highlighted parent doesn't count for its subtasks), and tapping it when they are removes the highlight.
  • Settings has a search box at the top: type what you're after ("end of day", "dark", "timezone") and it takes you to that setting, switching tabs and opening the dialog it lives in. Press / to jump to it. The multi-select bar's buttons now follow the same order as a card's swipe tray.
  • Time of day now applies on Home and Today too: a task with a time window (say evening) stays out of Home's task lists, the due and overdue lists and the "what next" suggestions until its window opens, and Home says how many are waiting for later. The Points tile on Today now says "N this week".
taskspointssettings

V3.41Quick reminders, and a notification-first extension

  • Tell A.L.I.S.A "remind me in 30m to call mom", "I need to move laundry in 50m", "remind me in one minute to test" or "remind me at 3pm to stretch", and when the time comes it pops up as a notification. It works from one minute to 48 hours ahead, in Toronto time (EST/EDT), and ignores quiet hours since you asked for it. Undo cancels it. Anything further out is better as a task or event.
  • Clicking the Day73 extension now shows your three most recent notifications at the top, each with an × to hide it, a Clear all button, and a More button that opens the notification list on Home. Focus is a small section underneath. The Ban button never shows on day73.com or dev.day73.com.
  • Clicking a notification (in that list, or when it pops up over a page) opens the exact task, goal or calendar day it is about and flashes it, the way search results do. If Day73 is already open in a tab, it switches to that tab instead of opening a duplicate.
  • Notifications pop up over the page you are looking at more reliably: they no longer depend on whether another device or page picked them up first, and if your current tab can't show one (a start page, say) another window's tab does.
  • The "Day73" label on a pop-up notification now wears the page titles' colours (blue Day, green 73). The extension's icon is now the Day73 logo. Update it with Update extension now. Hiding a notification also removes it from the bell on Home.
assistantnotificationsextension

V3.40Which game to watch, tidier Lists, and a morning check-in

  • When two or more games you'd just be watching are on at once (a team calendar you imported, say), Today picks the better one. It looks up the real games (records, form, playoff series, rankings, how close the betting line expects it to be, where to watch) and each team's latest headlines, then your own AI weighs the storylines. A team you follow counts for a lot. You get the pick, why, a line on each game, and what to flip to if it turns into a blowout.
  • The pick is made once for each set of overlapping games and then kept, so it never changes on you. About an hour before the first game starts you also get a notification with the pick (a new "Game to watch" type under Notifications). It covers the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, WNBA, MLS, the big European soccer leagues, the Champions League, and college football and basketball.
  • Lists arrive already sorted the way you chose (Recent, A–Z or Date), with past dates shown or hidden as you left them, so the page no longer loads in the wrong order and then jumps. Long lists also draw faster.
  • Daily: conditions now work in the morning. The starter set leads with how you slept and woke (Slept well, Woke rested, Woke tired, Up late, Woke in the night, Vivid dreams, plus Alcohol and Screens late). The ones about the day itself, like Exercised and Caffeine, wait until noon on today's check-in, or you can show them early or fill them in under Yesterday. Your existing conditions stay; the new morning ones are added once.
todaydailylists

V3.39Dates from words, and a calendar you can shape

  • Task dates fill in from what you type, instantly: "call mom friday", "report next week", "pay rent in 3 days", "dentist nov 5", "ship by end of month", "the weekend", "eod". After a slash works too ("Plan trip / friday / 30m"), and in the edit box. Dates you pick yourself always win, and a date that has already passed is never filled in.
  • Calendars you import (or make yourself) now have the same Show option as subscriptions: show only the next 3 days, 7 days, 30 days, future events and so on, so a whole season's schedule doesn't crowd the month.
  • Highlighting a calendar (the star) now shows its events even if the calendar is hidden, within whatever its Show setting allows. Un-highlight it and it goes back to hidden.
  • "Make default" in a calendar's menu (subscriptions included) picks where new events go, and the default is marked. Once another calendar is the default you can delete the old one (Personal, say).
  • Calendar colours were reworked into 10 clearly different ones (snow, azure, purple, green, gold, orange, pink, teal, crimson, tan).
  • The calendar no longer shows Goals or list items; they were mirrored in as extra calendars, and those are gone along with their "Show on calendar" switch on lists.
  • Removed pages (Countdowns, Journal, Selfies) are now really removed from the site; deploys used to leave deleted files behind.
taskscalendar

V3.38Daily is one page; import any calendar

  • The Journal and Selfies pages are gone: Daily does all of it. Its Journal tab is the old journal (this month's entries, the 30-second writing window and the full journal, the AI summaries, "not summarized" toggles) and its Selfies tab is the old selfie page (the live camera, the month grid, retakes, the slideshows and video download). Home's Selfie, Journal and Conditions tiles open Daily on the right tab and do what they always did.
  • Calendar: Import now takes an .ics file as well as a link, and puts the events into a new calendar of their own (named from the file, or whatever you type) or one you already have, so a sports team's schedule or a class timetable is two taps. Importing the same file twice doesn't double anything, and you're taken to the first month with events.
  • Today: a Redo summary button writes the "Right now" summary again.
  • Tasks: the date icon in the task box always shows a day and always has its colour, until you choose no date.
  • The Countdowns page is gone.
dailycalendartasks

V3.37Task boxes that fit, and smarter suggestions and points

  • Editing a task and adding a subtask now use the same one-box-plus-icons layout as creating one. A subtask leaves out the date and type it doesn't have of its own.
  • The task box sits at a steady spot near the top and is sized to what's actually visible, so opening a field makes it grow downward instead of jumping, and a phone's address bar or keyboard no longer push the buttons off.
  • The type, urgency and time-of-day icons wear their own colours: pink for work, green for personal, urgency from green through to red, and a colour for each part of the day.
  • Shift+Tab in the name box opens multi-create with the next line already indented, ready for a step under the task.
  • The "what should I do next" suggestions leave out tasks that belong to another saved place than the one you're at (they use your location only to work out which place that is, and don't keep it).
  • On a task with subtasks, the counts for subtasks that are for another place or a later time of day can be tapped to show them in place, like the ones on a date group.
  • Points are steadier: they use the time you actually measured with the timer, a smoother formula for the fallback, and a check that keeps an AI value from straying far from what the duration is normally worth. An open task that you change is valued again; finished ones never move.
  • Time of day understands words: "lunch", "breakfast", "after work", "dinner", "bedtime", "late afternoon" and the like, in the title ("call mom after work"), after a slash ("Call dentist / lunch / 20m"), or typed into a small box in the time field.
  • The "name / place / 45m / 3 / notes" typing works when you edit a task too: what you type sets or replaces those fields, a typed note is added after the existing one, and taking it back out restores what was there.
  • The suggestions work when you edit a task too: they fill in what's still empty and never touch what you've already set.
  • Date, duration and place icons have their own colours now, like type, urgency and time of day.
  • Points use common sense about repeated steps: a weekly chore like laundry is worth the same every time, but a step that is just the same work being ticked off again under a bigger task (build it, then "dev to live" lists it again) is worth much less, since it was already counted.
taskspointsdesign

V3.36Notifications pop up over the page

  • The extension's notifications now appear over the browser page you're on, top right. Click one to open the task, habit or event it's about, or × to dismiss it; they fade on their own after a few seconds. If there's no normal page to draw on (a new-tab page, for instance) you get the system notification instead.
  • Settings → Extension has a Test notification button, and tells you if the extension hasn't registered yet or has notifications turned off.
  • Focus can never block Day73 itself: day73.com, dev.day73.com, the address you're using and anything local are exempt everywhere (site rules, categories, schedules and day bans), on the server and in the extension.
focusnotificationssettings

V3.35One extension, set up in Settings

  • The browser extension is now managed in Settings → Extension instead of on the Focus page, and it's just "the Day73 extension": Focus is one of the things it does, alongside showing your Day73 notifications. Install, update, token and private-window steps are all there, with whether it's up to date and whether notifications are on.
  • Calendar: in the month view, events fill empty rows instead of being pushed down by a long event that runs into the next week, and "+N more" only appears when something really doesn't fit.
  • Today and Daily have new icons (a thumbtack and a thumbs-up).
settingscalendarfocus

V3.34Daily: selfie, journal and how you feel, in one place

  • A new Daily page brings your selfie, your journal and a new conditions check-in together, with tabs for today, this month's journal, this month's selfies and your conditions. It takes the place of the separate Journal and Selfies pages in the menu, and the camera, slideshows and full journal are still one tap away.
  • Conditions: tap a mood and the things that were true today (slept badly, caffeine, walked, stressed, anything you add). It counts as a daily habit, earns points like the selfie and journal, and has its own tile on Home until it's done.
  • After a few weeks it shows what tends to go with your good and bad days, same day and the next, and says so plainly when there isn't enough data yet. You can mark a condition private to keep it out of the patterns.
  • Calendar: a star on each calendar shows only that one (tap more to add others) until you reload; nothing is saved.
  • Focus extension: "Open anyway" now really lets the site in while it keeps checking, and blocks it afterwards if it isn't allowed. The checking page has a progress bar and offers to let you in if it's slow. The extension can now also show your Day73 notifications (tasks due, habits, events and so on), plus when an allowance is nearly used up, runs out, or a wait is over.
dailycalendarfocushabits

V3.33A simpler new-task box that learns from you

  • Creating a task is now one box with a row of small icons under it: type, date, time, duration, urgency, place and notes. Tap an icon to set just that one. Icons that were filled in for you glow, and the rest stay quiet.
  • Type the extras right after the name, the same way multi-create works: "Call plumber / home / evening / 45m / 3 / about the leak" sets the place, time, duration, urgency and notes as you type.
  • The suggestions learn from you. If you tap the value it suggested, it keeps it; if you keep changing a field, it stops guessing that one; and a work or personal guess now also reads the words of your past tasks. Clear the name box and everything resets so you can start over.
  • A small sparkle switch in the corner of the box turns suggestions on (rainbow) or off (grey), and it remembers your choice.
  • On a phone, the assistant's message box now sits just above the keyboard with your messages still visible, and the tab bar stays pinned to the bottom.
  • Share: Copy and Download work again on every card (swipe left on a phone to reach them, with Delete closest to the middle), photos can be swiped too, copying tells you whether it worked, and the file picker slides up.
tasksassistantdesign

V3.32Errands: the quickest way through your stops

  • A new Errands page. Add your stops as a store name, an address or a saved place, and it finds the quickest order and the times you'd arrive.
  • Type just "Costco" and it finds the nearby branches and picks whichever one makes the whole run shortest.
  • Any stop can have rules: not before or arrive by a time (set both the same for an appointment), first, last, or after another stop, and how many minutes you spend there.
  • Gas: tell it your car's L/100km or km/L and the price per litre, and it shows the litres and the cost for the run. Choose where you start and finish: where you are now, a saved place or any address.
  • A map with the route, and one tap to open the whole thing in Google Maps. Times are typical driving times, not live traffic.
errandsmaps

V3.31Meet A.L.I.S.A

  • The assistant now has a name: A.L.I.S.A, pronounced uh-LIE-zuh, for "Assistant for Life, Information, Scheduling, & Activities".
  • Say "hey Alisa" to wake it, or just "Alisa" — no more "hey Day73 assistant". It also catches how a speech recogniser mangles the name (Alicia, Alyssa, Elisa) when you greet it first, and only counts the name at the start of what you say, so talking about someone called Alisa doesn't trigger it.
  • Typed or spoken, "hey Alisa, add milk to groceries" works the same as "add milk to groceries", and "Alisa" on its own gets a "go ahead". Ask it its name, what it stands for or how to say it and it tells you.
  • Its voice says the name properly instead of spelling it out.
assistantvoice

V3.30One way to swipe, and ✓ keeps time

  • Every card's row is ✓, +, …, and every swipe tray reads the same way from the edge: delete, archive, select, copy to paste, duplicate, highlight, edit. Countdowns, Share and the Search results have the tray too.
  • The ✓ is the timer as well: one click starts or stops timing (it pulses while it runs), a double-click or a hold completes. On a phone a short swipe right works the timer and a full swipe, as long as the one that makes a subtask, completes.
  • The type switcher on Tasks and Activity sits bottom-centre, on the row with search and +, and gets out of the way while you search.
  • Lists on a phone hold still under the keyboard: only the list scrolls, the search bar rides the keyboard, and the tabs and + never move.
  • Creating a task of a type the page isn't showing switches the page to it. Copy to paste keeps blank lines (" /// " is one, " ///// " is three). The highlight star sits on the first line in multi-create, and the "name the new task" bar stays above the keyboard.
  • When the server's firewall refuses a wording, the task form keeps your text and says so instead of losing it.
taskslistsactivitysearch

V3.29Today hub, a task timer, and a sharper assistant

  • A new Today page: last night's sleep against your usual, readiness, steps, points against your usual for that weekday, habits left and streaks at risk, what's due and overdue, the next event and the gap before it, your journal streak and the nearest countdown — instantly, no AI needed. With an AI connected, an hourly brief says the few things worth knowing and puts what matters first.
  • "What should I work on?" ranks your open tasks with a small model that learns from your choices and explains its pick. A rough night shifts it toward short, easy tasks. Choose Home or Today as your start page in Settings → Profile.
  • Start-task timer: ▶ on any task times it; completing it records the real minutes, completing something else asks whether you're still on it, and a long gap offers to trim the time. Measured minutes feed the duration suggestions.
  • The task modal fills itself in as you type: your past tasks suggest location, duration, urgency, time of day and work/personal; the words set the date and time; the AI fills the rest. Touch a field to keep your own value.
  • The assistant now reads every list and every note, learns how you word and file things, talks like a person, and can set anything a form can — notes, time windows, locations, subtasks, list dates and links, habits — all undoable. A reply that promises something always carries the action.
  • The chat opens at Now with the last 24 hours above it; "Earlier" opens a searchable full history. Safari layout and badge fixes.
todaytasksassistanthealthpoints

V3.28A smarter assistant that listens

  • The assistant was rebuilt from the ground up. One message can do several things at once: "add milk and eggs to groceries and remind me to call mom tomorrow" makes three changes, shown as one plan.
  • It now edits as well as adds: move a task or event, rename things, pin or highlight, reopen something, log or skip a habit, create a new list, and open any page by name.
  • It sees more of your day: what's due, what's overdue, this week, habits still to do, and answers questions about any of it straight away.
  • Tell it "remember that …" and it keeps the fact in mind; see and clear what it remembers from the new settings sheet.
  • It learns from you: every confirmed command, every No and every "Wrong?" fix shapes how it reads the next one.
  • Deletes and edits wait for a tap; adds and completions still run after a three-second countdown. Everything has Undo.
  • The conversation is saved, so it's the same on your phone and your computer.
  • Works with no AI connected at all, for the everyday commands — in the demo too. Connect a free Groq or Gemini key for the full experience; Groq also gives free voice transcription.
  • Listen mode: turn on the ear icon, say "hey day" and then your command, hands-free. Say yes or no to answer the confirm card. Set your own wake phrase in the sheet.
assistantvoicesettings

V3.27Swipe everywhere, and this changelog

  • The task swipes now work on every list: Work, Personal, Search, Goals, Lists, Passwords, Habits and Journal, each with its own actions.
  • On a computer, the … button slides any card open onto the same actions.
  • Search on a phone keeps its bar at the bottom of the screen, and × clears and closes it.
  • Every text box grows with what you write.
  • Type " // " in a task line to start a new line in its description; Copy to paste keeps those line breaks.
  • A changelog, in the app and on the website, going back to the very first version: every update numbered, searchable, and filterable by version and area.

  • A tour of twelve real screens, with a Phone / Computer switch on narrow screens.

  • Visiting day73.com without being signed in now shows the website; signed-in users still go straight to their dashboard.
  • Every sample item in the demo now explains the feature or button it shows.

V3.24Try Day73 with the live demo

  • Anyone can try Day73: each visitor gets a private, throwaway account filled with sample tasks, habits, notes, journal entries, selfies, calendar events, health data and more.
  • The demo shows the app on a computer or a phone at the flip of a switch.
  • The demo account is deleted when you leave, and nothing in a demo reaches outside the app.
  • Task groups, subtasks and Home sections start open in the demo so there is something to see straight away.
  • The website now leads with the live demo and uses real screenshots instead of drawn mockups.

V3.23Journal and selfie points

  • The day's journal entry and selfie now earn points, and you can adjust them on Stats.

  • Back on Home, the tile fills green and its points are added as it lands.
  • The journal's 30-second autosave countdown now starts at your first word, not when the page opens.
  • On a computer, the complete, more and add buttons slide the task card open just like a swipe on a phone.

  • The points gauge sits centred inside each habit circle.
habitshomepoints

V3.20Swipe gestures for tasks

  • On a phone, swipe a task right to complete it, Mail-style.

  • Typing two spaces in the multi-create outline inserts the field separator for you.
taskspoints

  • A site is never shown before it has been judged; "Wrong category?" lets you in while the AI takes a second look.
  • Fill your own folders of sites, and ban a site or a whole category for the rest of the day from the page or the extension.
  • The extension keeps itself up to date, with an "Update now" button when you want it immediately.
  • Health compares today with your usual by this time of day, and scores Sleep and Readiness once each morning.
focushealth

V3.16Sorting and typing refinements

  • The sort pill on Tasks and Lists shows what the page is sorted by, with that sort's own icon.
  • Shift+Enter in a task name opens multi-create; new lines keep their indent and Shift+Tab outdents.
  • Tapping the background closes search, and search results keep their subtasks.
  • Links typed into tasks survive editing intact.
taskslistssearch

V3.15Every health stat, your way

  • Health shows every stat your watch collects, laid out as a grid.
  • Star the stats you care about, reorder them, and group them into collapsible sections you can drag around.
  • Each stat says how today compares with your own history, coloured on its border and number.
  • Tiles come in two sizes, and Refresh pulls in anything missing.
  • In the task editor, Command+arrow moves the caret, Command+Enter adds a line and Enter saves.

  • A multi-day event shows its start time once and reads "All day" after that.
  • The TODAY button only appears when today is off-screen.
  • Pin a list item to keep it at the top whatever the sort; hold a journal entry back from the AI summaries.
  • Search says where a match was found and folds old events away.
calendarlistsjournalsearch

V3.12Drive the task editor from the keyboard

  • The task editor can be used entirely from the keyboard: arrows move between fields the way they are laid out on screen.
  • Text fields take typing straight away, and the close button is a stop you can reach and press with Space.
  • Day73 now draws its own date picker, so Space picks a date.
  • Websites saved inside Day73 can sign you in with their own cookies.

V3.11Save websites as pages
